She explains to Ted that she is intimately aware of how he was able to make a "shortcut" on SO-2 is because he had made an unholy deal with the demon Belasco, the former ruler of Limbo and Magik's predecessor. Magik enters Man-Thing's mind and meets Ted. Man-Thing's summoning had brought Magik to him.
